Housing Emergencies, Maintenance Issues & General Concerns

Welcome to your home away from home. As most of you know, with any type of house or apartment, there is bound to be some small issues that arise. If any issues happen such as needing a new light bulb, unclogging drains, element not working on the stove etc..please fill out the Beekeeper form under Housing Maintenance or Supplies.

Keys

Keys will be given to you upon arrival. You will have your own set of keys with an entry key along with your room key.
If you have any key related issues such as the lock is sticking, misplace keys, etc., please let us know using the Beekeeper form under Housing Maintenance or Supplies.

Maintenance Requests
  • For any maintenance requests that are NOT time sensitive, please complete the maintenance request form available on Beekeeper
  • For maintenance requests that ARE time sensitive, please message the Housing Coordinator or maintenance on Beekeeper. If outside of regular office hours, please reach out to your manager on duty or send a private message to maintenance on Beekeeper.

Please Note Any Emergencies Such As:

  • Fire
  • Events that are life threatening
  • Someone who’s life is in danger
  • Serious crime
